How can we help?

Quick answers for creating, exporting and managing purchases in CelestiArt.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create an accurate star map?

Start a design, choose the place, then set the local date and time for your moment. CelestiArt uses those details to render the astronomical sky. You can then choose a template and adjust map shape, frame, stars, constellations, planets, Moon, Milky Way, colors and type.

Which poster and social sizes are available?

CelestiArt keeps its original portrait print formats and adds portrait social formats: 4:5 for posts and 9:16 for stories. It does not add a square poster canvas. The square option inside the editor is a map shape, not a square poster format.

How do export and printing work?

Choose Export, then select PNG, print-quality PDF or vector SVG. Print sizes are produced at 300 DPI; social formats use their exact portrait dimensions. The file is created on your device and passed to Apple’s share sheet so you can save, send or print it.

When is a poster credit used?

A credit is used only after CelestiArt successfully creates an export file. Saving and editing designs does not use a credit. Poster credits are consumable purchases and are stored locally on your device.

How do I restore a subscription?

Open Purchases in CelestiArt and choose Restore Purchases. Apple can restore active weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions associated with your App Store account. Used consumable poster credits and packs are not restorable by the App Store.

What if a purchase is pending or interrupted?

A pending purchase may be waiting for Apple’s approval flow, such as Ask to Buy. CelestiArt grants access only after StoreKit confirms the transaction. If the App Store charged you but access does not appear, restart the app, use Restore Purchases for a subscription, then contact us if it remains unresolved.

Where are my designs stored?

Your designs are stored only on your iPhone. CelestiArt does not create an account or upload a project library to its own servers. Include your finished export in an iCloud or local backup if you want an additional copy.

Does CelestiArt collect personal data?

No. The iPhone app has no CelestiArt account, analytics, advertising SDK or cloud project storage. Apple services separately handle place lookup and App Store purchases. Read the privacy policy for the complete details.
